 Indoor Cricket Coaching 2012 This season's indoor coaching and net practice will take place at King James' School Sports Hall on the following days. Sundays 26th February, 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th March. Under 9s 5pm to 6pm Under 11s, 13s and 15s 6pm to 7.30pm Under 17s and Seniors 7.30pm to 9pm Please download the Indoor registration form, fill in and bring it with you when you come. and Coaching 2012.
As the year begins we are planning junior teams and coaches for the 2012 season. Since last summer Richard and Andy Tattersall have stood down as coaches and team managers because of work commitments. They have both been involved with the junior section for well over 10 years and have been very successful. We thank them very much for their expertise and skilled coaching. Peter Barnes will also be available only when university has finished. I hope to tempt John Barnes to fill in. We also welcome back Keith Egerton at U15s level. This leaves us without coaches and managers at Under 11s and Under 9s. Therefore I am appealing for volunteers to come forward and assist us with the managing and coaching of teams.Organisational skills and enthusiasm are as important as cricketing
ability and assistance will be given from senior players and other
coaches. That means that mums can
volunteer too! The next coaches meeting is on Thursday 26th
January and teams must be entered by 31st January
